Sreyashi is an empathetic and passionate psychologist. She is an active listener who focuses on the effective change of mindsets and thought processes. She is an enthusiastic and determined counselor interested in dealing with Stress, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders.

She has pursued Masters in Applied Psychology from St. Francis College for Women. She is specialized in Counseling Psychology. She has worked at the National Institute of Mental Health and has hands-on experience in areas of psychological assessments and behavior modification. Her approach to counseling involves Person-Centred orientation along with Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy.

She believes that a happy mind means a happy life. She chose to work as a mental health professional to help people live lives to their full potential. She also believes that one who understands the intentions behind people’s words have better relationships and lead better lives.
